Responsibilities

  • Consult with potential clients
  • Develop long term client relationships focused on clients' growing goals
  • Identify financial concerns and needs identified during the prospecting process
  • Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings including high-quality insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and more
  • Develop and employ marketing and business plans to grow your client base
  • Improve your professional skills and knowledge through the New York Life training curriculum
  • Network with professionals in complementary industries
  • Secure licenses for selling life insurance products
  • Secure licenses for selling variable product and investments for wealth management and advanced planning

Qualifications

  • Must possess uncompromising integrity
  • Growth mindset, this is a life long learning position
  • Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively share complex ideas
  • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts
  • Solid business expertise and knowledge a must

Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 at Plan per year
