Our team of Sales and Customer Account Managers (entry level) form and integral part of our retail division; they are highly sociable, draw energy from working with other people, and are optimistic and outgoing. They are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
We take pride in our ability to train our Sales and Customer Account Management team members; our goal is to train them to a leadership capacity within our organization, and help them build genuine relationships with customers on the sales floor and other team members. (This position is entry level; we provide hands on paid training).
Compensation may vary depending on experience and performance (We offer hourly pay and opportunity for uncapped commissions).
The Sales and Customer Account Manager (entry level) is responsible for increasing customer acquisition and managing account upgrades for existing customers. They also receive training to assist in helping to manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching. Other duties include:
