Members of our team have a direct impact on our success and are directly exposed to all aspects of development projects.
We are seeking to hire an entry-level civil engineer with a passion for land development to work closely under our Virginia & Maryland project managers.
The position is in person at our Great Falls, VA office for the initial training period. This typically takes one month depending on individual progression. After the initial training period, you would move into a hybrid position working 1-2 days a week remotely. Eventually, you would become a full-time remote employee.
