- Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Hunt for new business opportunities
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- A drive to build business and passion for what we do and champion our value-added service to a new client base
- Love for the phones - dial, talk, dial, talk, and repeat
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience
- A high degree of professionalism
- Good time management skills with a problem-solving attitude
$32,100+ Uncapped Commissions
