Our car dealership team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
• Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system
• When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes
• Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more
• Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
• Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
• ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive
