Growing law firm seeks entry level Arkansas attorney, including those recently completing the February 2023 Arkansas Bar Exam. Must be a motivated individual wanting to help people, learn our method to practice law, and able to work independently and with our team.

Our practice areas are primarily criminal defense and family law, which will be your initial focus. No prior experience is needed, as we will show you our process for handling these cases. We also handle some estate planning, real estate, and select civil litigation cases.  Once you have proven yourself, you can advance into these other areas as well.

We have locations in Little Rock, Cabot, and Searcy. For this role, you will initially need to work from the Cabot office. Once you have an established record of success with us, you can choose which location you prefer. We are also set up for employees to work from home, which can be an option after you have proven yourself.  

The starting salary for this role is $50,000.00, with rapid advancement based on your performance. 

• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
