- Execute the step-by-step training that is provided, to then learn the skills of communication, leadership, and management
- Utilize a priority leads list to follow up with existing or new potential customers
- Cater to and connect with our individual's wants and bridge the gap to existing problems they may be experiencing
- Seek to understand, rather than to be understood when interacting and developing our team member

Responsibilities
- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM Software
- Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
- Go to in-person or online training, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM software
- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
