The Dennis & Co Auto Group is excited to add to our Human Resources Team! We are looking to hire a great candidate that is looking for a GREAT opportunity in employee relations


The Employee Relations Manager supports all dealerships with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing employee relations cases and investigations
  • Expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of legal compliance, applicable workplace laws, regulations, and Chemonics policies and procedures
  • Presents and trains on HR-related content and curriculum – either through formal corporate instructor-led trainings, small-group facilitated dialogues or one-on-one mentoring sessions.
  • Maintain all disciplinary files accurately and up to date with complete confidentiality.
  • Distribution of new compliancy information for all new hires
  • Ad Hoc tasks assigned by Director of Human Resources


  • 3-5 years of experience in Labor Relations
  • 3-5 years of experience dealing with employee grievances as well as local, state and national legal compliance
  • Strong critical and analytical skills\
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
