Seeking a professional Email Marketing Specialist to work from your home office assisting our mobile notary signing agent department input entries in our database system.

Hours are flexible, work when you want either at home or home office

Responsibilities

You will need to be able to follow detailed instructions and be hands-on assignments independently. You will post job ads, send out emails, confidently make outbound recruit calls, and fill out contact business forms daily and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn new tasks and be flexible with new SBA policies that could change day-to-day functions
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, effectively manage workload, remain highly organized, and maintain confidential information
  • General computer knowledge and navigation skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Must have an internet connection
  • Basic English wrote language Basic English spoken language


Compensation
$12 per recruited agent
