This is a unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We are seeking someone who is driven by providing expert service with multiple years of HVAC sales and design experience. At Electrify My Home, we deliver the most efficient heat pump systems available and work with our customers to have every gas appliance in their home switched over at their own pace.

Top candidates will be driven to help customers install the most efficient systems that maximize carbon reduction and minimize energy use. While you must have some HVAC experience, we will teach you the ins and outs of total home electrification and home performance. Our projects regularly average $20,000 - $75,000+. And with our approach, there are lifetime pipelines as we are putting each customer on a path toward full building electrification. We are heavily referral-based and have plenty of fresh prequalified leads each month.

Electrify My Home is also a leading provider of multiple sales and business training in the state of California. We have written the book on how to properly perform home electrification projects and are now beginning to expand our reach into new territories.

Compensation: base plus commission or full commission depending on preference.

• Embody Electrify My Home principles
• Perform virtual assessments and pre-sell prior to performing a home visit
• Keep CRM updated with outreach & project information
• Bring company-provided and self-provided leads from inquiry to sale
• Attend in-person and online events to promote the company
• Confidently speak to large groups
• Provide consultative-based techniques in line with the company's low-pressure sales philosophy
• Stay up-to-date on system performance techniques and products
• Perform site visits and Manual J-load calculations

• Applicants must have 3+ years of sales experience
• Applicants must have 3+ years of HVAC design, install, and/or service experience
• Must be clean-cut with a positive attitude, willing to learn, and be a team player
• Must be exceptionally personable, polite, and an excellent communicator
• Self-driver - must take customers from start to finish
• Knowledge of home energy systems. Electrical, solar, and plumbing experience is a plus.
• Must have sufficient experience and understanding of HVAC to provide accurate estimates via a virtual meeting
• Big Plus: $2000 signing bonus available if BPI (Building Performance Institute) or NATE certified.
