We are a small elder law and estate planning law firm. We strive to help and support those who are facing stressful medical and financial situations and need legal help for themselves or their loved ones

We looking to hire our next team member. We are looking for someone who can:

• Conduct timely triage in a caring way for clients and prospects and discern client fit
• Build and/or follow a system and work within My Case, our client management system
• Follow established procedures
• Accurately enter client information and link emails and notes in MyCase
• Help draft basic estate planning documents
• Help with estate administration
• Track your hours worked daily- no problem

This may be a fully remote role if you have a solid, successful track record of producing timely client results and working remotely. Otherwise, this will be a hybrid role- a few days in the office, and a few days working from home.

You will be the first face and voice of the firm. You would be joining a small team of positive attitude, drama free, team-players. Your client service skills are tremendous along with your organizational and follow-through skills. You can literally speak with a client or prospect and take notes at the same time in our client management system, My Case. We value efficiency, you value efficiency. You have a knack for keeping many moving pieces and priorities in play at once. You will also help us prepare for in-person- inside or outside (COVID safe) client signing appointments and ensure all information is correct and ready to go. 

You also have experience:

• Managing Outlook calendars and Calendly Links
• Using Zoom or Ring Central
• Drafting basic estate planning documents

Other qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years’ related experience
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Impeccable eye for detail
• Strong grammar skills
• Ability to genuinely connect with prospective and current clients
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Good judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Initiative to make things run more smoothly overall

This position will also help manage and protect the attorney's schedule and work/life balance and generally make the law firm look great! Oh, and we’re pet-friendly, too!
