Expanded Duties Dental Assistant needed for busy, patient-centered Cosmetic General Dental practice. This position is a 4 day work week:
Tuesday - Friday, closed Mondays
Tuesday 8:30 - 5:30
Wednesday 6:30 - 2:30
Thursday 8:30 - 5:30
Friday 6:30 - 2:30

- Proficient in placing anterior composite restorations, fabricating temporaries, managing laboratory cases, scanning digital impressions, and administering nitrous oxide
- Evaluate and document vital signs and medical history for patient records
- Take x-rays and apply a topical anesthetic for dental procedures, if needed
- Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable
- Assure all dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use
- Friendly and compassionate with excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Organized and can prioritize tasks
- Team player, willing to help when needed
