As an Adams Route Sales Professional, your primary focus is to maximize sales for our customers through strong customer relationships, servicing your customers on a consistent set schedule, driving sales growth through merchandising, building displays, and calling on and obtaining new accounts while representing Adams Flavors, Foods & Ingredients in a professional manner.

• Sell and Service Adams products, to assigned grocery stores, fully stock, and rotate merchandise.
• Call on accounts we do not service and build relationships to pick up new stores.
• Meet with store leaders, communicate needs, and presell promotions, displays, and shippers.
• Daily check the company email account.
• Daily settlement and syncing of handheld accounting for all products, invoices, and cash.
• Receive and verify load, organize in your warehouse, and conduct inventory cycle counts. 

Requirements:

• Prefer 2 years of experience in DSD route sales and service
• Valid driver's license, 21 years or older
• Reliable transportation with current insurance coverage
• Transportation must be large enough to carry products to the stores
• Able to rent a warehouse or storage
• Must have a computer, tablet, or iPad
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Able to lift 25-75 pounds on a regular basis and in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check, and have a clean MVR
