We're looking for a Driver/Runner, to join our Timonium real estate company. Flexible schedule - Day shift.
You will be installing and removing signposts and panels, lockboxes, and running other miscellaneous errands.
This is a part-time position with the potential to be full-time in the next 6-12 months. The hours are flexible, up to 20 hours per week. Clean driving record, people skills, and reliability are a must! Company vehicle provided while on the clock, gas is paid by the company.
- Install/remove signposts and sign panels
- Install/remove/maintain lockboxes
- Deliver documents, checks, and packages
- Maintain organization of company storage unit
- Maintain company property in good working order
- Maintain inventory of signposts and notify the office if low
- Promptly execute assigned tasks
- Drivers license and clean driving record
- Current auto insurance policy
- Ability to solve problems while working independently
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
