Atticus Family Law, S. C.

In the last five years, AFL has helped over 500 clients not just survive their life transitions, but thrive through their divorces, custody cases, and other matters. How? By creating a law firm where 1) the employees love their work and 2) we nurture the entire client and not just their legal aims.

My name is Matt Ludt and I'm the owner of Atticus Family Law. AFL was started in 2013 with the goal in mind to build a law firm that serves clients well. In order to accomplish great things for our clients, we needed the values and systems to host the best staff. In the years since AFL has steadily grown to have 12 employees.

Olympians have coaches. Actors have directors. Musicians have producers. And Oprah didn’t get to where she is by herself. Our clients are encountering some of the most difficult changes they will ever face; for many it’s a transformation that enables this transition to be one towards a better life and away from the pitfalls of lapsing despair.

The reason this job post considers me at all is that you need to know that I am building a law firm that happy staff and fulfills my vision of serving more than our clients’ legal needs. Let me know if you want in.

About Atticus Family Law, S. C.

WHO WE ARE:

For family law clients who believe they deserve a fair outcome, Atticus Family Law, S. C. helps them make sure their outcome is not a hammock of misery but rather a springboard to a bright future. The design of AFL is that of a metaphorical law firm pizza – our clear vision and standards, well-chosen personnel, and quality clients are the crust, sauce, and cheese, respectfully. While pizzerias focus on toppings, AFL recognizes that without having proven crust, delicious sauce, and fresh cheese that any innovative law firm features, being the toppings, will not make the excellent pizza that leads to bright futures.

The legal staff of 3 paralegals, 3 attorneys, and a 3rd-year law student are led by the Owner and a Firm Director and supported by finance, sales, and office administrators
