Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the assigned district, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue within the district.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations for the sales team, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- Monitor sales activities and results, analyzing key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective coordination and support for sales initiatives.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the district.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members and clients.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and deliver on targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track team performance and manage sales pipelines.
- Availability to travel within the assigned district as required.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
Compensation
$87,900 - $98,500 yearly
