We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets. Our next area sales manager is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. Responsibilities
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
Qualifications
  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
Compensation
$112,000 - $123,500 yearly
