You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Responsibilities
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
  • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
  • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
Compensation
60,000 - 95,000 yearly
