We are currently searching for an experienced leader and manager. This leader will support multi-facility maintenance/janitorial operations with multiple individual account locations in New York and New Jersey.
Each of these locations will be a mix of industrial, manufacturing, distribution and commercial office customers. The ideal candidate will be based in and around the Newark, NJ area.
Our ideal candidate will be able to create a team culture within their district that encourages the highest levels of performance, provides coaching and mentoring as needed and strives to create efficiencies and synergies that maximize the utilization of their work force.
He or she will engage and communicate with the client’s leadership on a regular and consistent basis to identify and resolve issues as they arise while seeking the highest level of service delivery.
This is a high profile position that requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems and make timely and effective decisions that support the most positive customer experience.
