We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven Dispatch Assistant to join our Operations team! This position will be assisting with scheduling new jobs, answering incoming calls, data entry, and reports in order to help the team meet operational needs.

- Schedule service calls for customers and field teams
- Connect with field teams and customers about special requests or details
- Record customer complaints and service tech notes
- Maintain records of service calls and arrival times
- Organize dispatch documents
- We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher
- Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferred
- Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
