The Injury Specialists and Capital Financing are well-respected company's based in Atlanta, GA that has been involved in the legal and medical industry since 2006. The position we seek to fill is Business Development and it will allow you to work a designated territory in Georgia calling on law firms and medical offices, to introduce them to our specialty financing services. We are a niche financing business that offers medical financing, litigation financing, and plaintiff financing to individuals injured as a result of an injury. We are built on a technology platform with a SaaS model that was built by our 2 physician owners. We have been called the LinkedIn and Facebook of our industry as we connect physicians, attorneys, chiropractors, imaging centers, and hospitals.

We’re looking for a talented individual that has excelled in prior business development roles to help us achieve our goals and build our growing companies! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients (physicians and lawyers) and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel.

The role will also include managing clients. You will work closely with relationships so they use our services and are informed on how we will be an asset to their law firm or medical office.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the law firm and medical relationships by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies in Georgia
  • Manage current accounts so they continue to refer business
  • Set up lunch and learns, dinner gatherings, and strategic meetings
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Work designated territory and call on law firms and medical providers
  • To create brand loyalty with law firms and medical offices by defining our companies unique services to their business
  • To manage accounts already utilizing our services
  • Willing to attend after-work events
  • Seek new accounts through strategic targeting of strong prospects

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or a leadership role
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Can educate on multiple services being provided
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Strong leadership
  • Comfortable selling multiple services at once
  • Can handle rejection and objection well
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Like working evening networking events
  • Can easily engage people you have never met
  • Knows how to drive sales
  • Can manage a large territory using Salesforce
  • Knows how to find the decision-makers

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000+ generous commissions/bonuses
