Our team will close well over 300 transactions this year with a price point higher than any other team in the St. Louis area.
You will be in control of holding our agents accountable and finding ways to attract new agents, increase conversion rates, Establish SMART goals.

We are looking for a leader who has a track record of building high performance sales teams.
