We are looking for an experienced management professional who is excited to lead, manage and inspire a team of real estate agents.
As the Director of Sales, you will champion our company ideas of collaboration, progressive thinking and unparalleled support for our agents. Your contribution to the team will be to push the agents forward and help them meet their goals.
The ideal candidate will not just motivate their team but work proactively with their agents through training and support them to achieve their office's goals and the goals of their agents. This person must have a passion for people and deep desire to meet the team and personal goals.
- Develop the existing agents through advanced training and sales support on a daily basis
- Demonstrate and promote the positive culture and team camaraderie that is the foundation of the company
- Recruit experienced agents who align with the company’s value standards and team culture
- Manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed listings, contracts and closings, meet monthly goals
- Conduct informative and motivational weekly team meeting with agents
- Engage and monitor agents by demonstrating availability and an active presence in the office
- Hold agents accountable to goals set by themselves and by the team
- Demonstrate accountability for agents and team to CEO
- Active Real Estate License in Texas or willing to obtain one
- Passionate about Real Estate and improving the lives of the people around them
- Proficient in technology and learning new platforms and programs
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management, preferably sales teams
- Real Estate sales experience is preferred yet not required
