As our Director of Sales, you OWN the sales (agent) side of the business. 

A residential real estate business has two sides to it. Front stage (sales) and back stage (operations). You are the quarterback of producing agents, meaning you know the inside and outs of every aspect of our sales side of the business and can fill any role in a pinch. You are completely comfortable with taking complete responsibility for the success or failure of our listings, buyer brokerage agreements, and executed contracts.

You will be setting goals, holding agents accountable to production standards, and reporting numbers to the team. Based on forecasts, you will hire the necessary producers to fulfill team goals. You are fully empowered to hire, terminate, and discipline the sales team based on the standards the team has in place

Working directly with the CEO, you will win and lose with the wins and losses of the agent team as we grow into the number one real estate team in the world.

  • Hire/promote new agents as necessary using Career Visioning
  • Hold lead agents/agents accountable to their goals, as well as team standards through KASH talks and weekly 411 sessions
  • Own the 30/60/90 milestones and agent training
  • Track specific sales metrics including contacts, appointments set, appointments ran, listing and buyer agreements, and executed contracts
  • Own the sales scoreboard, ensuring every producer knows if they and the team are winning or losing at all times
  • Keep close tabs on market conditions and anticipate potential icebergs
  • Keep the CEO informed of performance successes and challenges
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, annual, and future sales figures and compare to growth targets
  • Implement and enforce performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Attend high level trainings including Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Coaching Skills Camp, Career Visioning, 30/60/90, etc
  • Ensure proper communication with PCSOI throughout sales department (63 touch)
