The Director of Sales at The Jesse Herfel Real Estate Group is an individual who is willing and able to be a manager of team operations and systems, while committing to team growth. This individual will assure the quality, productivity, and profitability of the team by creating and implementing systems, hiring and training staff, leveraging talents, and holding each team member accountable to policies, procedures, and results. They will also be deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and has immense focus to detail.

A Director of Sales will support the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, while growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continues to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. This is not an entry level job

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Demonstrates a mastery of systems, linking people, processes and technology together purposefully and efficiently
  • Develop strong communication systems to ensure a high level of efficiency
  • Scale the business growth curve of listings taken over quarters
  • Build an ultimate client experience that delivers the wow factor to increase our referral intake
  • Review and update the operating manual, prelist packets, listing presentation, scripts & dialogues, etc.
  • Oversee all contracts; listing to closing
  • Listing inventory preparation and management including coordination of Open Houses
  • Keep CEO informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

Task Duties:

  • Track leads weekly and provide reports to Rainmaker on team conversion
  • Research different lead sources for the team
  • Plan client events and community events and seminars
  • Complete all steps in recruiting, including but not limited to creating job postings, reference checks, offering of position, following up on first 100 days, etc.
  • Meet with agents weekly to go over prospecting, lead follow up accountability, and goals
  • Participate in on-going coaching, training and script practice
  • On-going definition and adjustment of policy and procedure manuals

Requirements:

  • Arizona Real Estate License
  • 1-3 years Real Estate Administrative
  • 3-5 years of administrative experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years Real Estate Administrative
  • Has demonstrated the ability to handle 20+ transactions per month


Compensation
$3,000 - $5,000 monthly + bonus
