Our robust, affordable product, amazing customer support, and reputation in the real estate space has helped us grow rapidly. We are looking for a talented, high-energy, motivational Director of Sales to lead and inspire our fast-growing sales team!

This position is fully accountable for driving the top line revenue goals for the sales team. Success will be measured by this individual’s ability to consistently achieve the monthly sales target for his/her team. 

The Director of Sales will oversee the hiring and development of the sales organization. It is expected that a training curriculum will be built and a culture of learning will be established. Weekly sales training and the focus on developing our sales team is a must in this role. 

This position is not only strategic in nature but very tactical. All aspects of running a sales team are involved in this role. It is expected that the Director of Sales will be in the trenches with his/her team, listening to sales calls, coaching as needed, and closing sales of their own. 

Maintaining our culture is critical. The Director of Sales is expected to set the example with the team and adhere to our Core Values at all times, and maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base. This person will also work closely with CEO and VP to develop and execute lead programs, manage the overall sales process, and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management. It is an important part of the role that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are established and reported on by rep on a weekly basis. 

Base is $100,000. On target earnings is $150,000 with bonuses and potential to make over $200,000.


Responsibilities

  • Scale our Dallas sales team quickly to help with the growing interest for our product and services.   
  • Train team to call inbound leads within 5 minutes of sign up and convert them into sales.
  • Train team to call database leads and convert them into sales. 
  • Follow up on leads using Salesforce, Inside Sales Dialer and other tools.
  • Create sales procedures.
  • Keep team on task hitting daily “call count” goals as well as monthly sales goals.
  • Continually learn our product and our client’s needs.
  • Train team to use a Consultative Sales approach.
  • Work on sales skills and handling objections with other salespeople on the team.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal, edit skills
  • Ability to listen and identify prospects needs
  • Ability to overcome objections and offer solutions
  • Inspire our team to hit their goals
  • Effective and continuous learner
  • Impeccable integrity
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Goal oriented with strong set outbound calling and sales skills

Compensation
$100,000 base. Target is $150,000 with bonuses. Potential for $200,000+
