Director of Sales
As our Director of Sales, you would be responsible for driving revenue for the company. You will assist in hiring, training, monitoring performance, and leading the sales team. You will also make decisions with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations.You will evaluate our system processes (Sales Team) and continue to improve assist. You must love leading and managing individuals and get excited about their successful growth.

Responsibilities
Managing Sales Team
- Take existing sales process- evaluate & revamp and hire a team
- Run Sales Meeting
- Review Daily KPIs
Sales
- Cultivate & convert inbound/outbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Manage & negotiate sales transactions from beginning to end with buyers/assignees
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education, script practice & putting deals together
- Write offers & negotiate properties to put under contract
- Assignment-assist in putting assignments together
Employee Management
- Team Building & Leadership
- Develop a Compensation Plan & tracking quota
- Hire, Train & Mentor
- Employee Annual Reviews
- Enforce policies & procedures
Business Development
- Strategic Planning
- Project management
- Assist e a vision for the company
- Establish yearly, 3 year & 5-year goals with the ownership group
- Help implement new systems & tools for the company to be more productive
Leadership
- Meet regularly with team ownership to ensure goals are being accomplished, address any challenges or issues, and come up with ideas & solutions for issues so management can help resolve and execute.
- Communicate challenges, issues, and ideas to ownership and help with resolution and execution
- Help determine organizations goals
- Cover other positions if team members/members are out of the office or on vacation (if applicable).
- Additional duties and/or projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- 3+ years leading a Sales Team
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Experience with managing & recommending KPIs
- Detailed-oriented/ proficient writing & communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel) & Adobe
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Comfort with fast-paced communications, delivery, and issue resolution.
- High Capacity- does not turn off
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years of Operational Expertise
- Ability to define business processes and recommend improvements to solve operational issues.

- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools

- Energetic, tactful, positive, and professional
- Able to spot and follow up on open action items and complete assigned tasks without prompting
- Inclined to stay up-to-date on trends and proactively build skills and experience in areas relevant to current and future responsibilities
- Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks
Compensation
$100,000 - $180,000
