We are seeking an experienced management professional who is excited to lead, manage, and inspire a team of real estate agents.
As the Director of Sales, you will champion our company ideas of collaboration, progressive thinking, and unparalleled support for our agents.
The ideal candidate will not just motivate their team but work proactively with their agents through training and support to achieve their office's goals and the goals of their agents.
- Develop the existing agents through advanced training and support
- Retain agents through various recognition and reward programs but more importantly by taking an active role in the growth and success of the agent's business.
- Demonstrate and promote the positive atmosphere and team camaraderie that is a foundation of the company.
- Recruit experienced agents who align with the company’s value standards and team culture
- Manage the sales pipeline to meet listings, contracts, and closings monthly goals
- Conduct informative and motivational weekly team meeting with agents
- Implement programs outlined by management team
- Engage and monitor agents by demonstrating an active presence in the office and availability
- Passionate about Real Estate and improving the lives of the people around them
- Proficient with technology and learning new platforms and programs
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management, preferably sales teams
- Active Real Estate License in Minnesota
$50,000 - $100,000
