Responsibilities

  • Embody company culture and promote the company's mission, vision and values
  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Train, lead and motivate the sales team
  • Lead sales and business meetings
  • Manage the sales team to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales experience (real estate license is preferred but not required)
  • Extraordinary people skills and experience recruiting
  • Leadership, management, team-building skills
  • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills
  • Top-producing sales success track record in recent past 
  • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks


Compensation
$80,000+ at plan
