Noble is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales, also known as Director of Distribution Channel Sales, who would be offering Private Placements and Public Equity and Debt Offerings generated by Noble. The candidate must be willing to work out of the Boca Raton office or relocate.

Compensation: $75,000 Base - Expected 1st year earnings $150,000+

• Soliciting and selling Private Placements and Public Equity and Debt Offerings both to high net worth and institutional clientele
• Utilizing current investor clientele relationships to solicit and place private or public debt or equity offerings
• Optimizing Company generated leads for soliciting
• Generation of new leads with high net worth individuals, Family Offices and institutional clients to solicit Private Placements and Equity and Debt Offering
• Willingness and ability to cold call
• Creating and delivery of presentations tailored to the investor’s needs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Series 7 and 63
• A minimum of 3 years selling and prospecting experience in the securities industry
• Proven track record with the sale of Private Placements, Public Debt, Equity Offerings, and other securities products
• Proven and measurable selling skills
• Goal setting, planning, accountability skills
• Proactive, positive attitude
• Excellent selling and communication skills, tenacity, and continuous follow-up.
• Highly (self) motivated and target driven
• Ability to articulate professionally with retail and institutional investors
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the investor’s needs
• Knowledge of MS Office

Compensation

• $75,000 Base - Expected 1st year earnings $150,000+
