Go-To-Market Sales Leader

Do you enjoy trailblazing a new direction for your sales team? Pursuing new markets for your products? We're looking for a dedicated director of sales to figure out our go-to-market strategy for expanding into new sectors and regions. You'll be in charge of developing our sales strategy and goals, recruiting/training/coaching your own sales force, collaborating with fellow sales managers, and ensuring that we create a new and recurring business from new sectors. Responsibilities

  • Use go-to-market best practices to evaluate new sectors and decide which to pursue
  • Pick up the phone to call prospects in your targeted sector to validate your go-to-market strategy
  • Trailblaze the sales process which delivers customers in the new sector
  • Build a sales team to win the new sector

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of sales success in lead-generation and closing skills

  • Must have relevant sales leadership experience, preferably in the software field
  • Must be comfortable demonstrating and selling powerful web-based software
  • Must have found go-to-market success before and built a sales team from scratch

Compensation
$300,000 On-target earnings
