We are a small startup real estate marketing company with a big mission: to revolutionize the way homeowners sell their homes by eliminating costly fees, we believe selling your home shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. As our Director of Sales, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this mission by developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
  • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team
  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections

  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve our sales performance
  • Create and implement training modules, sales scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs

  • Proven track record of growing a startup company to over 7 figures a year
