You will be responsible for designing our sales strategy and revenue targets, training and evaluating our sales personnel, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various areas of revenue. Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a high-performance team by making constant data-driven decisions while also being creative, nimble, and innovative
  • Responsible for managing and providing strategic direction for the sales team and for driving the organization's sales revenue through a large volume of inbound leads
  • Use knowledge and skills to manage an inbound call team in exceeding various goals and metrics
  • Formulate, recommend and implement policies and programs in the area of leadership development in conjunction with existing relationships in order to generate revenue
  • Aggressively expand existing relationships, manage and develop the telesales teams, and provide planning and direction for the department
  • Report to the CEO with an update
  • Direct and motivate representatives who engage new customers, educate them on existing solutions and communicate the value of solutions in order to generate additional business
  • Generate revenue through inbound telesales teams, build new relationships, and assign the appropriate handoff to the agent pool
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of an inside telesales organization
  • Improve metrics on pre-sales and optimize pre-sales cycle management
  • Keep Senior Management appraised through verbal and documented reports on sales volume, competitive activity, growth, and expansion progress
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure training needs of pre-sales agents are aligned with TBG Agent pool and are being met
  • Execute against a data-driven telesales plan to enhance relationships and generate sales
  • Work together with team CRM rep to identify problems, suggest solutions, and test new implementations
  • Build new customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's existing customer base
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and share strategies to establish lead programs
  • Develop and improve reports and dashboards to manage the sales funnel Skills and Experience

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of sales success in lead-generation and closing skills

  • Previous history and experience in sales, leadership, recruiting, driving a sales team
  • experience and history working with a CRM and other digital reporting
  • Strong skills in collaboration
  • Ability to increase profit and revenue and past proven track record of success

Compensation
$90,000 + Profit Share
