The Director of Sales is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. They exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with the Team Leader/CEO to help agents achieve their goals.

They will use existing tools and models to consult with associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and hold them accountable for taking the necessary actions. The Director of Sales tracks results and is ready to celebrate success or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.

The Director of Sales primary responsibility is to help our new agents learn the foundations of the real estate business and assist agents with their transactions. They are responsible for working closely with new associates to ensure they are productive within the first 90 days of joining the Team. They will track results and are ready to celebrate successes and implement actions necessary to achieve goals. Additionally, the Director of Sales will work with the team to create and implement training events and assist in developing the Teams training calendar.

The Director of Sales should be highly skilled in holding others accountable. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and love to help others succeed at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new associates into production as quickly as possible
  • Drive attendance and engagement in morning scripts, role-playing, & mastermind
  • Guide new associates through their Team Training and Checklists
  • Assist new associates in building lead generation and daily habits to generate transactions
  • Review all purchase agreement documents and listing documents prior to submission
  • Guide new associates in building and presenting a listing presentation
  • Guide new associates in building and presenting a buyers consultation
  • Provide new associates with opportunities to shadow agent activities i.e.: Open houses, presentations, home inspections, closings
  • Assist new associates with transactions
  • Meet monthly with team members to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions
  • Track associates results weekly and share with CEO/TeamLeader
  • Track coaching activities daily
  • Superior goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
  • Strong people skills

  • Mindset – demonstrating a positive outlook & approach, come from curiosity always
  • Learning-based attitude
  • Record of sales success selling a minimum of 12 transactions
  • Track record of success in past job/tasks

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
