The Director of Sales is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of agents who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER AND TECH SKILLS FOR DATA ANALYZING AND REPORTING.

The Director of Sales leads the team by training, consulting, and holding accountable all agents. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing and seeking win-win agreements.

The Director of Sales also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Compensation: Salary + Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Manage budgets and expenses
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
  • Recruit Sales Agents for the Company

Qualifications
  • Have prior experience in sales
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions

  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • 10+ years in real estate
  • Closed at least 30 deals in the luxury residential market
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Experience with relevant software applications High-Level Understanding of Technology and Applications
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving

Compensation
$65,000 - $100,000 yearly
