You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
  • Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs
  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
  • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
  • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals

Recruiting:

  • Recruit top sales talent to meet the team’s quarterly and yearly quotas, and ensure clients receive exceptional service. – (interview, select, hire, onboard, coach into productivity)
  • Lead Generation/Recruiting of Sales Associates - To join our team

Associate Career Development and Leadership:

  • Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
  • Set yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals. Hold all Agents accountable to their goals
  • One-on-one accountability meetings weekly with Agents
  • Lead daily sales standup meetings, script practice, lead generation sessions
  • Consult, train, mentor, and coach Agents in real estate sales and revenue generation strategies
  • Assess and analyze business needs and make recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Evaluate and implement processes/systems to support greater levels of sustained sales and growth

Sales KPI’s “Key Performance Indicators”:

  • Drive Sales - Ensure all sales goals are being met. Establish individual and team performance targets
  • Lead management - Check daily activity, and set follow-up tasks. Lead Generate alongside Sales Associates
  • Collaborate with Team Leader, Director of Operations, and Inside Sales Team to ensure standards and expectations are being met

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills

Compensation
$100,000 - $140,000
