We are a rapidly growing real estate home-buying company seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-performing salesmen to join our team.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality salesmen
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting salesmen, particularly in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
