Experienced Real Estate Agent/Director of Sales

We're searching for an Experienced Realtor to also take on the position of Director of Sales. We need a successful Realtor who is motivated to help grow our Real Estate Team and help our agents succeed. You will be in charge of talent acquisition, increasing team sales numbers, training and assessing our agents, and ensuring that we create a new and recurring business in our Real Estate market. Our ideal applicant is a successful Realtor in the Philadelphia area with 2+ years of experience, a leader, a problem-solver, and a team player. You will be compensated as you normally would for your Real Estate sales as well as an additional commission for each sale one of your team members sell. Responsibilities
  • Deliver previous and upcoming week's sales activity reports, as well as monthly sales expense reports, and meet with department managers to keep them up to date on all hotel sales-related expenses
  • Design a strategy to meet hotel financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data
  • Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives
  • Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of occupancy and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals
  • Solicit new guests with targeted outbound sales initiatives, such as personal calls to your network and phone solicitations to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups that will generate new revenue

  • Attract new sales talent to the team
  • Work with Team Leader to make team hiring decisions
  • Train and coach a group of Real Estate Agents holding them accountable to their sales goals
  • Continue to maintain and grow your own career

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Must have a proven track record of Real Estate Sales success in the Philadelphia Market

Compensation
$150,000 - $325,000 yearly at plan or above
