Century 21 Shared Purpose is looking for a committed Agent Recruiter to help us grow Agent Count and Market Share. The primary responsibility is to develop and maintain an ongoing talent pipeline of qualified new and experienced Real Estate Agents.

Compensation:
$45,000 - $65,000 base and/or commission incentive

• Recruit new and experienced Real Estate Agents with high growth potential through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and other communication methods
• Identify new talent through phone screenings, ensuring they are qualified and would be a successful addition to the team
• Maintain and develop relationships by staying in contact via phone calls, emails, and in-person appointments and managing a CRM
• Establish follow-up methods such as phone calls, emails, and other communications to keep the recruiting process moving forward
• Through job boards, print, and social media, place job postings to reach potential Real Estate Agents
• Learn and demonstrate sales techniques that are successful in the recruiting process

• Recruiting and Real Estate Experience preferred
• Enterprising drive, assertive and enthusiastic
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Superior communication skills with the ability to connect with others
• Technology proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in setting up Zoom meetings, CRM communications, and Brokermetrics
• Social Media
