Your objective as the Director of Productivity in our brokerage office is to increase the performance and production of each member of our sales team, while helping to identify and nurture their individual strengths and coach around their personal areas of growth. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring agents at a variety of experience levels - including holding our agents accountable to their professional goals as well as our role standards. To do this, you will be responsible for developing and building upon our existing coaching program to increase the productivity, knowledge and efficacy of new and growing real estate agents.

As a member of our brokerage’s leadership, you will collaborate to leverage our systems, tools and models to identify and recruit external talent as well as to guide and develop our existing talent. As a leader in our market center, you will seek to master the models and systems of a Millionaire Real Estate Agent in order to direct associates in our brokerage to increase production and guide their professional development.

He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build and lead a cohesive sales team of agents at a wide range of skill sets and experience who are united in their commitment to the brokerages standards and to achieving their personal development goals. This individual has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. Our ideal candidate is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and show-coaching their team on how to be the most engaged and effective advocates for their clients. Because they are responsible for nurturing and developing the skills and effectiveness of a large team of Realtors, they must themselves be a producing Realtor with a track record of success.

In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving real estate agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing and to seeking win-win agreements. We seek someone who demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues - an individual who not only seeks to coach others but to learn from others and be coached in return. They are committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Ultimately, the Director of Productivity is someone who is confident in their ability to systematically help our Agents develop into top performers - and by so doing, able to grow for themselves a business worth owning and a life worth living to its fullest.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor a sales team of licensed real estate agents and provide strong leadership; provide feedback, mentorship, support and personalized coaching to agents on a consistent basis
  • As a member of the our brokerage leadership team , they will work in partnership to develop and manage a comprehensive leadership strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • The Productivity Coach will also be in charge of talent development (including recruiting talent) as well as talent retention within the Sales team; this will include the responsibility to manage the activities and performance of their coaching clients

Qualifications

  • MUST be a licensed Realtor in Colorado with a proven record of closing at least 12 residential real estate transactions within the prior 12 month period
  • Previous sales experience in Real Estate with a proven track record of working successfully within a team environment
  • Previous experience with Keller Williams a significant plus
  • Experience and confident competence in all aspects of real estate sales cycle (from lead generation and lead follow-up through appointments, consultations, agency agreements, contracts, negotiations, closings, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a leadership, coaching or training capacity to influence and develop the talents of others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • 1-2 years experience in organizational leadership and/or training/coaching

Compensation
$120,000+ at plan
