The IRBY Group is a growing real estate company seeking a driven and experienced Director of Private Lending.

Day-to-day this IRBY warrior works directly alongside IRBY’s C-Suite and is responsible for setting up and overseeing our private/hard money lending to real estate investors. This is an exciting opportunity to build our real estate lending division from the ground up to serve real estate investors who purchase properties from our rapidly expanding wholesale business! 

This is perfect timing for the right person to make a jump to a growing business in spite of all the lending turmoil in the world today! Salary plus performance incentives along with the resources to build your team. We are based in Mobile, Alabama right by beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, but will consider a remote team member for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the review, evaluation, enhancement, creation, and maintenance of IRBY Capital’s lending strategy, documents, processes, and controls
  • Review and process lending requests
  • Consult on best practices and approaches
  • Determine appropriate methodologies for delinquency, NPL, and loss forecasting
  • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience as a commercial banker/lender, mortgage broker or similar real estate/finance background
  • Proven ability and desire to lead and manage a winning team
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Must pass a background check


Compensation
$100,000+ Target Annually
