You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up your team of agents, and train them to be top performers.   • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards
  • Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law
  • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team
  • Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in
  • Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales

  • Oversee title company operations
  • Oversee compliance of all real estate transactions
  • Oversee transaction coordinating department
  • Oversee property management operations
  • Lead, manage and hold others accountable

  • Must have a managing broker’s license
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
  • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
