Responsibilities

You are organized, efficient, and driven. You love solving problems and creating systems and processes. You are an amazing implementer and are skilled in the art of refinement. You're focused on protecting you and your team member's time and financial resources. Attention to detail is one of your greatest attributes. You understand the importance of finding, hiring, and training great people to create leverage and growth for the operations of a company. 

  • Hire, train, manage, develop, and encourage members of the operations team
  • Manage and oversee Synergy listing and transaction departments
  • Create, build, implement, maintain, and take ownership of all team communications, social media, calendar management, event and contest coordination, client care, agent support, virtual assistants, and team member retention
  • Fully learn and continue to refine and develop the team's operations manual, systems and processes
  • Solve problems and keep the team leader informed of any issues that arise
  • Manage team accounting, profit and loss statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Manage relationships with team vendors and partners

Qualifications

What is needed to join our team?

  • Must have or be willing to get your Alaska Real Estate License ASAP (we can help you with this)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Passion for helping people
  • Basic financial and budgeting skills
  • System and process creation and improvement
  • Skilled in the basic office suite and Google Workspace
  • Be a team player with grit and determination
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Organized
  • Self-motivated, self-managed, creative, assertive, and accountable
  • Must be able to effectively anticipate and solve problems
  • Flexible
