• Create and implement methods to guarantee that Residents, Vendors, Buyers, Sellers, Investors & Owners have a great experience that exceeds their expectations
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly
• Maintain complete knowledge of the company's inner workings, policies & procedures, and profitability strategies
• Develop revenue management strategies, including departmental budgets, and audits for better visibility into expenditures, capital requests, labor, and revenue to report to the owner or broker.
• Incorporate customer and community satisfaction into staff meetings, with a focus on coming up with new methods to enhance performance over time
• Develop an education and training strategy to ensure employees are continually increasing their knowledge and experience, creating more departmental value and efficiencies.

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar field is required

• Proven track record of managing a team in Real Estate Management and/or Hospitality
• At least 5 years of prior Real Estate Management or Hospitality experience, preferably at a full-service hotel or Real Estate company (management and sales)
