Dedicated Converting Group, a Vidya Brands Group company, is looking for someone to lead in their Jonesburg, MO plant. If you have paper converting experience and are capable of overseeing two of our paper converting plants then this may be the role for you. We are hiring for this role based on the experience and capabilities of the candidate. A Director of Operations will need to be able to oversee multiple plants as well as be very strong in scheduling and procurement. Furthermore, they must be strong with equipment and very independent. • Oversight of our paper converting division
• Scheduling of production for two plants
• Procurement of materials for both plants
• Ability to oversee quality, safety, and production
• Works with the COO on any change, improvements, or additions to plants
• Hire, coach, and develop staff

• Strong communicator
• Able to understand the financial impact
• Understand production, safety, and quality control as well as be able to lead initiatives in this area
• 5 years of management experience is necessary
• 2+ years in Plant Management required
