The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with the senior management team to drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and an excellent communicator.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee the management of daily operations, including production, customer service, logistics, and inventory management
• Collaborate with senior management team to develop and execute business plans and budgets
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor and manage risk, including compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Lead, motivate, and mentor operational teams to achieve goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
• Drive innovation and process improvement to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required
• Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office
• Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
