The Mitten Home Team is recruiting to bring an amazing person of utmost integrity in to be Director of Operations. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a hybrid remote work model. The Mitten Home Team is focused on learning and growing - always seeking to improve ourselves so that we can improve the quality of service we provide our clients. We seek the individual that will NOT be satisfied with above average, acceptable, or a "that's how it is" attitude. Compensation

  • $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

  • Management of operational staff
  • Overall management of CRM/Database
  • Scheduling and execution of all client events, charity work, giveaways
  • Working with the sales team to improve team cohesion and client satisfaction
  • Continued self-improvement and job-related education
  • Maintain the books, pay the bills, handle payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, and maintain the budget
  • Regular review of tools, systems, and integrations
  • Systems building and improvement
  • Establishing and using a framework for recruiting
  • Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referrals from past, current, and future clients.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Track and review goals weekly
  • Attend trainings as needed

Qualifications

  • Some college education, Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • High emotional intelligence - a great communicator who works well with people
  • Preferred: 2 years previous experience in real estate or a related field (lending, title, insurance, etc)
  • Preferred: Previous experience in management
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Tech Savvy: calendar, email, Google Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable: real estate is an ever-changing industry
  • Incredibly service-oriented attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • A lifelong learner: must be coachable and able to adapt
  • Accountable, and able to keep the team accountable as well for meeting goals
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Able to handle strong personalities 
  • Calm under pressure
