Our Director of Operations is a leader who will handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to problem solve. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. The Director of Operations reports directly to the owners and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running and management of the company. Duties include managing client communication, coordinating vendors to assist in property preparation, managing the company calendar and overall staff management.

Our ideal candidate will provide leadership and general office support. This includes fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person and providing support to the agents in the office. The Director of Operations will be acting as the lead resource for administrative support. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Listing Preparation - Meet with vendors, schedule staging, photography, videography and manage marketing schedule to ensure an effective marketing launch. 
  • Manage progress of Real Estate transactions - communicate with cooperating agents, clients and team agents regularly to ensure the highest level of customer service. 
  • Assist with building lasting relationships with our clientele by planning appreciation events, improving post close campaigns and develop creative ways to serve the community. 


Qualifications

  • Ability to self-direct, problem-solve, and focus on multiple details simultaneously.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Has strong computer technical skills- likes to learn and figure out new programs and software (MSOffice and Google Apps, required).
  • Can handle and perhaps thrive under pressure.
  • Has a growth mindset and loves to self-improve.
  • You should be an organizer, a positive person, a good communicator - both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, have a good sense of humor, be a fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart. You'll work at our fast-paced real estate office in Folsom where we offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.
