JOB SUMMARY

We are in search of a director of sales operations who will focus on tightening up sales and operations by bringing increased accountability, improved KPIs, better tracking, and better support to all facets and people in the organization. This is a high-touch, high-visibility, entrepreneurially focused role.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement new company initiatives and maintain existing processes and procedures
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems.
  • Operate as the owner’s eyes and ears in the organization, with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Manage and supervise the team with a concrete impact on their happiness in their role
  • Focus on a 20-30% improvement in several leverage points throughout the organization with the goal of drastically improving profitability
  • Begin to equip the company for rapid growth
  • Decision-making and strategy, high-level involvement with company vision and goals
  • Thorough understanding of what a system is and creating processes around them
  • Proven problem-solving ability with complex situations; such as incomplete data sets. Can you find the means or resources to solve problems?
  • Strong communicator. EQ and self-awareness are vital
  • Being able to assist and support technicalities in the business and overall basic understanding of the company structure as a whole
  • Creating a path of growth without losing focus on the critical long-term goals
  • Expected to learn Salesforce and will be responsible for managing the company’s org and CRM.
  • Experience is a plus!

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of sales and operations management experience
  • 3-5 years of managerial skills/leading a team
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Operates with integrity and excellence
  • High level of accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office/Excel skills
  • A direct personality with thick skin
  • An efficient taskmaster who can focus and get things done

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
