One of the top real estate teams in Florida is seeking a Director of Operations/Executive Assistant in Panama City! This person will be the next high impact leader that will help run the operations side of the business so the Agents in the office can focus on selling real estate. As the Director of Operations/Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, recruiting and providing training for our sales force and office staff. The ideal candidate is energized by the idea of helping people reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.

In this key role, you will be working closely with a top performing agent in helping run the real estate team. The ideal candidate will have background in real estate; however, this is not a requirement. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style. 

This individual will receive mentoring and coaching from the best leaders in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training and managing all administrative and operational staff. 
  • Managing marketing, social media, and advertising platforms and campaigns for the business. 
  • Planning and executing special events and client appreciation programs. 
  • Improving and managing all systems and processes for the business. (spreadsheets, CRM, website, campaigns, workflows, tracking & reporting, and expense management) 
  • Supporting the CEO of the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to interact with team members, clients, and vendors. 
  • Strong leadership qualities. Ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. 
  • Experience managing and reducing operational costs .
  • Experience negotiating contracts. 
  • Good understanding of company financials. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required. 
  • College degree preferred.

Compensation
$25,000 - $35,000
